  • Where a receipt for a deposit has confirmed a reservation, the tariff quoted will be honored.
  • A deposit of one-third value of the complete tariff is required within 7 days to confirm booking.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of guests wishing to cancel the booking, no refund of the deposit shall be paid unless the unit is relet for the total period of the proposed occupancy in which case a service fee of 12% plus GST, of one weeks rent shall be charged to the person canceling the booking.
